GRENA SUPER CALCIO + MgO is a fertiliser with biostimulant levorotatory amino acids and a good supply of meso-elements. The presence of amino acids and humic and fulvic acids creates humic, complexed bonds with the Magnesium and Calcium it contains.
It improves the absorption of meso-elements, prevents nutritional deficiencies in crops and ensures better physiological processes.
Calcium is very important for:
– giving elasticity to the cell wall, as it reduces fruit cracking, which is a cause of quality deterioration, especially in conditions of high humidity.
– providing resistance to blossom-end rot in peppers and tomatoes (especially San Marzano and beefsteak varieties) and tip burn in lettuce,
– improving the shelf life of fruit.
Magnesium is important because:
– it improves fruit colouring (carotene production),
– it enables better chlorophyll photosynthesis.
