(THP\u00ae), <strong>hydrolyse thermique humide<\/strong>, s&rsquo;appuie sur les directives europ\u00e9ennes transpos\u00e9es par le R\u00e8glement 1069\/2009 dans la loi italienne.<br \/>Le traitement thermique de la mati\u00e8re organique animale est effectu\u00e9 dans des autoclaves de cuisson qui utilisent de la vapeur indirecte en double enveloppe comme vecteur thermique produit par la chaudi\u00e8re.<br \/>C&rsquo;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment au cours des phases de cuisson que se produit l&rsquo;hydrolyse, qui permet de lib\u00e9rer les acides amin\u00e9s contenus dans les prot\u00e9ines\u00a0; l&rsquo;agr\u00e9gation ult\u00e9rieure de certains acides amin\u00e9s produit la formation de peptides et de groupes carboxyliques ensuite pr\u00e9sents dans les produits Grena.<br \/>Pendant le processus thermique se produit l&rsquo;\u00e9vaporation de l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente dans le liquide de cuisson (ETHP\u00ae).<br \/>Les autoclaves sont maintenus en l\u00e9g\u00e8re d\u00e9pression par aspiration de la vapeur, qui est ensuite condens\u00e9e (refroidissement et\/ou pyrolyse), pour obtenir le produit fini liquide\u00a0: <strong>extrait liquide de polyamines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
