The Grena production process (THP\u00ae), wet thermal hydrolysis<\/strong>, is based on\u00a0European directives transposed into Italian law by Regulation 1069\/2009.
Thermal treatment of the animal organic matter is carried out in cooking autoclaves that use indirect jacketed steam as the thermal medium produced by the boiler.
It is precisely during the cooking phases that hydrolysis takes place, releasing the amino acids contained in the proteins; the subsequent aggregation of certain amino acids produces the peptides and carboxyl groups later present in Grena products.
During the thermal process, the moisture in the cooking liquid evaporates (ETHP\u00ae).
The autoclaves are kept under slight negative pressure by extracting the steam, which is then condensed (cooling and\/or pyrolysis), yielding the finished liquid product: liquid polyamine extract<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
