(THP\u00ae), <strong>feuchte thermische Hydrolyse<\/strong>, basiert auf\u00a0europ\u00e4ischen Richtlinien, die durch die Verordnung 1069\/2009 in italienisches Recht umgesetzt wurden.<br \/>Die thermische Behandlung der tierischen organischen Substanz erfolgt in Kochautoklaven, die indirekten Manteldampf als W\u00e4rmetr\u00e4ger nutzen, der vom Kessel erzeugt wird.<br \/>Genau w\u00e4hrend der Kochphasen findet die Hydrolyse statt, die es erm\u00f6glicht, die in den Proteinen enthaltenen Aminos\u00e4uren freizusetzen; die anschlie\u00dfende Aggregation einiger Aminos\u00e4uren f\u00fchrt zur Bildung von Peptiden und Carboxylgruppen, die dann in den Grena-Produkten vorhanden sind.<br \/>W\u00e4hrend des thermischen Prozesses verdunstet die im Kochfl\u00fcssigkeit enthaltene Feuchtigkeit (ETHP\u00ae).<br \/>Die Autoklaven werden durch Absaugen des Dampfes, der anschlie\u00dfend kondensiert wird (K\u00fchlung und\/oder Pyrolyse), unter leichtem Unterdruck gehalten, wodurch das fl\u00fcssige Endprodukt entsteht: <strong>fl\u00fcssiges Polyamin-Extrakt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
